I used Dr. DiNick in Michigan...I think your only a couple of hours away.  He works out of Barix Clinics...he is awesome.  His speciality is WLS patients and the nurses say he makes them crazy because he is should a perfectionist.  He also works with most insurance plans and only charges an office co-pay for his consultation.  He does hundreds of surgeries a year on bariatric patients.
