breast lift without augmentation

FYI, I don't know if auto-augmentation is possible after a breast lift.  Loris

True you don't get the rounded-on-top look. But I don't need my boobs to look like big melons. I just want them to be perky with no loose skin.

me too!  that's why i *think* i'll be happy with just a lift.  and a good push-up bra is easier to find now that i'm a smaller total size (34C versus my old 42DD).  :)

I had a lbl, with just a lift done in January. I will say my boobs look fantastic, my only complaint is no fullness on the upper part of my breasts. When you lay down they also flow to the sides and then look really flat. When you bend over they look a bit long still. Standing straight they look awesome. I am really thinking about getting an implant in the future. I love the size, I really don't want to go bigger, they are a 34 D. I just wish they was more fullness...

I had a breast lift without implants about 7 weeks ago.  I am absolutely thrilled with my results.  I, also did not want to deal with the ongoing issues or maintenance of implants.  I also tend to have a lot of auto immune issues so I was afraid of that as well.  I also did not want  to be huge anyway.  I am a tiny person and before my weight gain and loss I had always been a nice 34B.  Long story..short...I was a 48DDD at my heaviest weight of 335.  After losing 195 lbs. my  breasts we just big long hanging tube socks.  They were horrendous.  I really worried that I wouldn't  be happy with just a lift but figured I could always go back in later if implants were warranted.  I can't believe how high and perky they are now.  It is amazing and I'm so happy with my results.  I would agree that they are just a big less rounded at the top but I am absolutely fine with that.  They look and feel NORMAL which for me was what I was going for.  At 49 years old I wasn't looking to be a bathing beauty.  I just wanted the breasts back in the "northern hemisphere" so to speak.  Honestly though the results are even better than I hoped for.

that sounds really good - thanks for posting.  i am not concerned about fullness at the top either - just healthy, natural looking breasts (from a BL) would be great!

I had a lift without implants. I am happy. I too was told by 2 doctors I'd probably be a full B or small C. I am a 34DD in most bras or a 34 D in others. I was a 36 DD prior. I don't think they look that big but it's the fullness I guess.
