I only had a lift and I am very happy with my results.  My cup size did not change.

Thanks so much for all the feedback.  I think I would be happy with going down to a full B (or staying C) post-lift with my now smaller frame.  And I am just not interested in the ongoing maintenance / replacement of implants.  I will ask about the auto-augmentation though, at my consult, as a future option if i'm not happy with the results of the straight BL.

Thanks so much!

Just so you know - my PS told me that auto-augmentation wasn't an option, as I had lost the fat in my "side boobs" too.  ;0)  I have heard of people getting fat injected from other places in the body - but my PS doesn't do that (except in mastectomy reconstruction).  Not sure why, but we'll be talking about that at my next appointment.

I too have heard many people who have had lifts say that their breast are not "full" on top and that is their main complaint.  I'm trying to decide if I can deal with that.  Wearing "pork chop" stuffed bras (that's what I call that little lump thing in the bottom of those lifter bras) to fill out my boobs, or worrying about the ongoing maintenance etc. issues with implants.

I don't know my answer yet...

I read that there is imaging problems when you do auto augmentation that can delay diagnosis of cancers.

I am not sure I am too worried about fullness on top so much, I am worried there will be my loose skin there.  If any cleavage slips out now it looks like a whithered potato...a super white whithered potato

Both of my friends with the "lack of fullness" issue DON'T have loose skin, just kind of a "sunken" look at the top instead of the big round mound of an implant boob (or a breast reduction lift).  Kinda concave a bit, you know?  Not nearly the loose, nasty skinned potato look that I have.

Me either.  My PS tried to show my what they would look like with some folding, etc., but I just didn't "see" it.  I'm going for a second opinion next month....we'll see what he says.

I read that too, but having lipo and then the fat injected into your breast doesn't pose the same problems.  I was AMAZED at my results and ALMOST don't want an augmentation.

I'm just starting to do my plastics research, but Dr. Agha is on the top of my list.  I'm willing to fly across the country for the right guy!

Anyhow, is there any risk of the fat he injected into your breasts deflating with time?  This might sound stupid, but can it liquify and go away or will it stay forever?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I can't remember the exact numbers or the term but there is like a % of fat that will "take" and stay with you.  Not sure over time, but everything over time does things.

Sorry I couldn't answer you more thoroughly
