breast lift without augmentation
I'm down to 150 pounds and am beginning to plan for a lower body lift and possibly a breast lift after I lose another 15 pounds or so.
I'm fine with the current size (C cup), but not the droop. But will the size change with the lift? It seems like lots of people get augmentation at the same time too. Anyone not get augmentation and regret it? Or anyone perfectly happy with just a BL?
Thanks!

Krisa,
I hear ya' girl.
I was BORN wearing a D and have always hated it. I started at 42 D (really overflowing) when I started my journey. Now I am a 36 D (loooooose, but more than a C) LONG. I have never been able to sleep on my stomach due to my boobs.
My plan was to have a lift done with NO augmentation. However....between in person and picture consults with plastic surgeons...
A couple of them have plainly stated that I would "not look in proportion". Pretty much they stated that I would lose a very healthy cup-size and "pancake" when I laid flat. Recommended a 200 cc implant (this is pretty small) to give definition with a little shape when I was flat.
So, I am planning on the 200 recommendation of the professionals.
Good luck,
Nancy

I have always had large breasts and now I am a 36/38 D. When my lift is done iwth I will be a "full B". Two doctors said this, so I believe it. I have alot of boob skin I guess. I am not doing the implants. I am going to try the B cup on for a while. If I really feel I need bigger boobs I will get implants when I get my arms done later. I just really dont feel like an implant girl. Never say never though, but we will see.
I was a 36 B/C before my lift. More then a B, not quite a C. I had alot of work done that included lipo. My doctor did the lift and injected fat into my breast. I LOVE it. I am a full C for the FIRST time in my life and I have cleavage. I will be getting an augmentation one day, but until then...love it.

Hi Mi Shell,
Can I ask you who did your plastics? I'm in Simi Valley but was raised in Hawthrone. I'm looking for a guy/girl that I can trust and from your photos you had a plastic guy with skills.
You also have been such an inspiration to me throughout my journey. You are the only person on OH that I've watched and admired throughout my entire journey.

I just had a LBL and BL without augmentation seven days ago. I wanted implants to keep me at the D cup that I was, but the doctor told me that with my "long" breasts, he was afraid the breasts would sag if the implant was done with the lift.
He told me that I should be a full B cup when complete, and of course I could add implants later if I was unhappy. He actually told me that with my new smaller frame, I will probably be happier with a smaller chest. Only time will tell....

I had a breast lift with auto-augmentation. They take your side boobs and rotate them into your lifted breasts. I think this is also called a spiral flap. I went from a very, very long flat 36DD to a high full 36DD. I do not have fullness at the top of my breasts. I am very pleased!! I do wish I had them made a little smaller. I always wore great bras, so clothed I look no different. Naked, that's so different and that is why I had it done. And I had it done for comfort. I think going from a C to a C you would be very pleased. Do some more research. Good luck, Loris

I had a lift with no implants and wish I were a little fuller. I did lose a size but I don't have as much fullness on top as I'd like. I'm a full B but can wear C cups and actually I've had people ask me if I had implants with my LBL. Getting rid of my large panni really did make my breast look larger so that was a good thing. I just couldn't convince myself to do the whole implant thing and deal with the maintenance of them long term. Don't get me wrong, they look great and look 10 times better for sure!
