Dr. Sauceda Monterrey,MX
Hi there I had all those procedures done in April. It was a 10 hour surgery. I was not wanting to have several different surgeries and wanted it all done at once. I have trouble with low blood pressure during surgery so I knew I was only going to do it one time. I did have some problems with drains and they came out earlier than they should have so I am still fighting some swelling in my left leg. Oddly enough there really wasn't much pain. Being stuck in the hospital was proabably the worst part of it. Have you been following his group?? http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/Dr_Sauceda_Patients/discuss ion/
I know some of the patients had a couple different surgeries just a few days apart with Dr. S. you may want to read through some of the blogs listed at the top of his group page, if you haven't already. Good luck,

Plastics done 4/21/10 (Dr. Sauceda)
Extended TT, Full Arm lift, BL/BA, Long Thigh lift
I had an extended Brachioplasty and extended Tummy Tuck with hernia repair. I was in the OR for 8.5 hrs. I still have a lot of procedures to go and plan to do them in 3 phases. I've talked to several who have gone with Dr. S and many agree that it's best to not do too many things at once. It can be quite an insult to your body. Others say they are glad they did it all at once and would have no problem doing it again.
I'm in my mid 40's and would rather just do my procedures in 3 stage's.
My scar on my right arm is pretty wide and I know it's because I used it a lot to help get in and out of chairs and bed - with my TT - I needed my arms too. Sometimes you have to figure what you'll need for what procedures. The scars on my left arm are tiny, thin and very faded.
