Boobs and Bellies oh my!
I'm only a few weeks out from my lift and implant - I say DO IT! I'm thrilled with how it looks and feels. Recovery from the boobs seems so much easier than the tummy tuck!
It has boosted my confidence and I got just enough of an implant to make my breasts like they would "normally" have been if I hadn't gained and lost a ton of weight a million times. If you didn't know me, you wouldn't think I had a boob job, but they really fit my body and I am thrilled! Everyone is different and you have to ultimately make the right decision for you, but getting the implant was definitely the right decision for me!
I look in the mirror and can't believe they're "mine" - lol!
Good luck in the process!
Hugs,
Kristen
I had a panni removal, tummy tuck & BL/BA on April 6th. I, like you was freaking out over the recovery & was terrified. I was thrilled at how well my recovery went. The worst part of it was when they went to pull the two areas of skin together to sew them, because I had stretch marks the skin was so thin it just popped. So I had raw skin on the top of each of my legs. That was the most painful. I had 3 drains & they were a hassle, but not very painful. I was mainly just uncomfortable. But very easy.
I'm happy with my implants, got silicone, did 375cc & wish I would have gone bigger (as everyone says on here). But I look porportionate for once in my life & that was my goal, so I'm happy. I know about the shelf lif (ha ha) & will deal with it then.
Good luck with your surgery & happy recovery!
