Bl/BA on June 24th with a few questions!!

Hello everyone!!! I am an active member here with past weightloss and have had LBL a while back. I have gone Anonymous because I dont want anyone I know in real life to know that Im having my breasts redone. I have questions and I feel like you guys are the best help. Many years ago I had a breastlift and implants. I currently have 300cc and that makes me about a c cup. My doc is saying 450cc would be good because he will be removing alot of skin. He says that might make me a small D. I really want to be a D or even a DD but Im a very private person and I dont want people to see me and know Ive had a "boob job". I want about that size because I am pretty large hipped. I am so excited and I cant believe Im getting this done! Ive lived with a painful contracture for many years so Im really looking forward to this! When its all done I will add my before and after pictures :)....  For the ladies who have gotten implants. What size were you before, what size implant did you get, and what did you end up??  Also, do you feel like people who didnt know you had it done could tell? I always wear a padded bra now. Im thinking maybe I could wear a thin bra and no one would notice if they were a little bit bigger.

I just had my bl/ba done about two weeks ago, so mine still aren't settled where they will be yet. But, after my weight loss, I went from a DD to a small B, with a padded bra. I had 300cc saline implants and now I am a large C/ small D.

Did you get to try the sizers on yet to see what kind of a difference it might make? I know what you mean- I didn't want it to be noticeable on me that I'd had my boobs done. I am really happy with mine now.

Congrats on your new ones Shelly! Are you feeling ok yet? I didnt try on sizers (they used implants for sizers) because for me it would be different when they remove my current implant. Ive been told by the 3 docs Ive had consults with that the 300's I have are too small for my rib cage and my hip size. They each said I needed 400-450.  I guess Im thinking so hard about this because I dont want to have to do it again atleast for many years :)

Yes, thanks- feeling better and better. My surgeon, whom I trust completely, went with the 300cc for me because that's what my skin could accomodate and what fit my body.  I am happy with the way it turned out. How tall are you? I hear you- I don't want to repeat this for a long, long time.

Shelly,  Im 5'5 and mid to low 140's. and I have really wide hips lol...  Im glad you are feeling better :) I remember when I had my girls done yrs ago, the first few days were the worst! Im older now and hope I can handle it as well :)

Barbie..the thing is, you have to be comfortable in what you want to do..if you dont want people to notice, then why go for the DD'S?  do some research, some soul searching and make the best decision for you, not what other people are going to 'think'...honestly, why do you care?  you are a NEW YOU now and deserve to look however you want.  It's your body, so make it what you want girlfriend!! I was a small C, had 500cc implants.  Depending on what I wear, I can show the girls off, or be very inconspicuous(SP??).  It makes a difference in the top/blouse I wear on how big I look.  They are actually perfect for my body and I love love love them.  My doc was hesitant in putting them in, saying he thought i was going a tad too big, but he even admits now i have that they are perfect for my size.

follow your heart....you will make the right choice for you.

i'm having BL/BA this Tuesday...im 5'4, 133 lbs...he's doing 525cc in a 475cc implant under the muscle...thoughts???

Kitten: I think that sounds like a good size :)...   Did your doc say about what size that would make you? Im pretty close to your height and weight.

B/c he's removing so much skin, he said a full C but prob a D..I told him I didn't want to have regrets for not bigger but also am a runner and don't want to look dispropotionate--he's known as the boob man around here-so here we go!!
