What is your opinion on this Quote?

Thanks everyone for your help.  According to the 2009 Average Surgeon/Physician Fees from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, he'd be right in line if the Eyelid Surgery listed on the site is only for upper OR lower (they list $2,809 as the avg).  That would be $5,618 for both (can't tell on their site),  and the facelift avg. is listed at $6,396.

I'm just going to hold off and think about it a bit.
