Anyone reduce breasts down very small?

Did anyone else go from DD to small B with a lift/reduction?

I went on a couple consults where the surgeon said that they could get me to maybe a C with just the lift, and then I just had two where the surgeons said they could do it down to a small B (one said I would need the FNG, the free nipple graft, one said he could swing it without) with a lift/reduction. I am currently a DD (saggy though and almost all skin). I am NOT considering implants.

I actually want to be as small as possible. I am tired of back pain and years of being large-chested (I was a 46H at my heaviest, now a 34DD). I run a lot, and I am tired of doubling up on sports bras. Aesthetically I like the look of being small-chested much better.

Is it worth just doing the life and settling for the C or going with the reduction as well and going even smaller? The FNG DOES scare me. I would be self-pay if that makes a difference.

Thanks!

Welcome to the Itty Bitty Tatta Committee....  Yes, I am at a B cup.  At 49 years old, they look sporty and perky.  I'm pleased.

I am technically the same cup size (C) as I was pre-op; however, because they are sitting up on my chest and rounded out, they actually LOOK smaller.

Go figure.

BTW: I had lift ONLY; no implants. My surgeon used a nipple sparing technique he developed and they look very natural and HAVE FEELING.

I got breast reduction surgery 1 week ago and I'm not sure but looking at them they appear to be a C I was a D cup and think I will be happy with a perky C cup and since it was a reduction, my insurance paid for it.
