Hello everyone. I had a  LBL with muscle tightenning on 05/19 and am now going for round 2 which is a Brachio that extends past underarms on 06/17. My question is to anyone who has had this done, How does the pain of the brachio campare? Also how long was your recovery? The 1st round has been tough but better than expected so I just want to know what I can expect for round 2. Thanks for your input.
Aloha,
Linda

I did those two procedures together on 5/25.  They were difficult to move the first day but got easier the mobile I was.  Once I got home the arms were annoying. Every so often, if I moved the wrong way, I'd get a sudden burst of pain.

I just had the stitches out today from the armpits - the only place he used stitches.  That makes a huge difference.  They're still sore, but at least now when I put my arms down, I'm not poking myself.

Recovery - I have time off until the next round of procedures so I'l leave that to someone else to answer.

I had both of those preocedures tha same day a little over nine weeks ago. The arms were pretty much painless except for the occasional pull in the armpit. IMHO arms are way easier than the LBL. Hope this helps. Take care, best to you and God bless your upcoming surgery.

My arms were much easier than my LBL as well. Most of the discomfort I felt was in the armpits and in my forearms every once in a while but nothing painful.

Thank you everyone for the advise and words of encouragement. I feel so much better. My plastic surgeon is Vincent Nip in Hawaii. I absolutely love my results so far but still have lots of swelling.
Aloha,
Linda
