Butt lift and lateral thighplasty next month-- ooh..and my ass in mah face!
I'm hoping not to have the medial as well but doubt I can avoid it. If you don't mind my asking, how much weight have you lost? (Not trying to be rude, trying to compare.)
Thanks!

I lost 4.5 pounds, which I think was fantastic because I have almost no fat left, plus he kept what he could for auto-aug of my butt.
My surgery lasted 7 hours.
I opted to stay overnight in the hospital, they have a program where the first night is only $300 and it was worth it to me because I would have had a 2 hour car ride.
I told my PS that I like to wear french-cut bathing suits so he made my scars high. It starts at my butt crack in a V and goes along the tops of my cheeks, high over the hip bones then curves down to the pubic mound. He placed 4 drains, two each at the top front of my thighs, right below where normal panties would hit so I went commando until the drains came out.
Most of my discomfort is from the tummy-tuck with tightening. That's been the worst pain and you've already been through that so you know what that's like. The backside was mostly just sore, and because of the TT I had to lay on my back or sides. The lateral hip muscles would hurt and I'd roll to the bac****il the butt-aug hurt too much then I'd roll to the other side. For the first time in my life I actually took all my pain meds, usually I have 3/4ths of a bottle left, but I think that was because of the TT. Lots of muscle spasms and stitches pulling.
Weeks 1 & 2 were the worst, by 3 I was up and moving, just needing naps. Week 4 we did a 4 hour car ride which caused me to swell and ache, but other than that I was OK. Week 5 I finally got my energy back. So "Yes" I think you'll do OK at the workshop.
I'm 5'4 1/2", went from 233 lbs to 126.5 day of surgery, now at 122, for a total loss of 111. I'm pear shaped so my thighs and butt were always the biggest part of me so it's surprising that my inner thighs showed some improvement. There has been a slight improvment in my measurements: from 35/29/37 to 35/27/37, but I'm hoping my waist will still go down some since I still have a small amount of swelling.
I'll try to PM a link to my pics on another site.

Hi there... I had the butt aug/lat thigh lift in combination with my LBL back in December. Can't speak to the weight loss, length of the procedure or recovery for this specific surgery, since it was combined with the LBL. However, it will certainly be easier than the big surgery/recovery your previously had. My scars are under my butt flap and extend around through where my inner thighs and groin connect.
The only challenge I remember is that it is more difficult and uncomfortable to sit since the area under your butt flaps pull, and also because of the fat injections. Sitting on a pillow helped a lot, so I carried one everwhere (work, car, etc). As for complications, I had a few small wound openings along the butt flap incisions. Just be extra careful doing activities that put tension there (climbing stairs, sitting for long periods, etc), and also get out your toilet seat riser, which should be helpful!
Finally, though not perfect, I had some pretty good results on my thighs from this surgery. My thighs were bad going into it (pear shaped, and my thighs have always been really big). I have before/after pics on my profile, send me a friend request if you'd like to see the difference. In the past 5 months since surgery, the skin fell a bit, so the area above my knees still is big/creapy, but the upper/mid thighs still are very tight.
Best of luck to you...
Michelle
