Reaching Goal, Then Plastics Question
I was at a stable weight for about 6 months at the time of my plastic surgery. My first consultation was when my weight really started to level off, but I knew *I* wanted to wait until I could get off all I could and keep it off. It's best to not necessarily be at "goal weight"...but a stable weight. I have had an LBL and BL and am scheduled for thighs and arms in Sept. Plastic surgery is such an amazing journey!! Good luck with yours!

Most drs want you to be at goal weight for at least 6 months. I was stable for almost 3 years by the time I had my first round of plastics but started my consults at 1.5 years out. I quit losing weight at around 7 or 8 months out from my WLS and had been stable since.
