Looking for people that have had a Panniculectomy
I had my panni removal on May 28th (Friday) n came home on Saturday. I have not had one ounce of pain. No pain pump, not even the first pain pill. Not everyone's results are as good as mine had been (with the no pain). I am flat and my PS did an anchor cut panni removal. He was great. He only removed four pounds of skin, but I look really good. I do have a binder on and will have to, until Monday the 7th. I had one drain taken out yesterday because it was not holding its suction. My doc said that after I get my other tube out, I can take the binder off and wear spanx. They would rather the spanx be worn, then a girdle or binder, but that is just my PS's opinion. You will need to do as your doc suggests. Good luck!!!!

"OMG" Congrats on the surgery, sounds like you had a terrific experience. I hope it goes a smooth for me as it did for you lol.. If you dont mind me asking what size were you before going in? Did the PS just do below the bb removal or did he also stretch the upper abdomen down as well? Also did you get and Muscle repair done?
