I live in Arizona and BCBS Federal. I got approved for a mastopexia (breast lift) but they refused the thighplasty. Anyone had any luck getting it covered or appeal opinions?
HAD THEM APPROVED PANNI ONLY AND AM LOOKIN FOR A LIFT. DID YOU HAVE A REDUCTION TOO? i THINK FREEDOM BLU IS PRETTY GOOD ABOUT GETTING APPROVED FOR ME IT WAS FIRST TRY

I have this plan in Hawaii. I had the opposite problem. They covered the thighs but not the breasts. go figure. Good luck trying to appeal.
