Update.from Monterrey

I had silicone implants under the muscle. The implants are sitting really high right now and i look a little deformed but Dr Sauceda says its normal and will get better and better over time. You could bounce a quarter off the top of my breast right now and the underside is a little flat so the breasts look egg shaped...Lol. As for hiding the drains it has been a challenge i look like im hiding some strange deformity LOL.
