Well im finally back at the hotel with access to my computer. I'm three days out from LBL, breast lift with aug. and arm lift. I feel great, just a little sore due to everything being so tight im afraid to move too quickly might pull something. the compression garments are just short of torture but getting better. Dr S is great, hes upfront, honest and funny. The clinic was ok its very hard to communicate with the staff only one of the three nurses i had spoke any english but they were attentive and caring. The only problem i had in the clinic was getting food im an early breakfast eater and food doesnt come before 9-10 lunch between 2-3 and dinner after 8 i was starving i sent my poor husband out for food and snacks several times. All together a very nice experience, ill send pics as soon as i can in the mean time ill keep you all posted.

You must feel so relieved to be back at the hotel. Sounds like you're doing well. I'm an early morning breakfast eater too so I can feel your frustration and hunger.

I'm just starting to research plastic surgery and I'm looking forward to seeing your pics.

Congrats! I noticed our wls surgeries were within a day of each other, and now our ps will be very close to each other, too, as I'm having mine done in the AM. Best wishes on your fast and continued healing!

Doesn't feel great to be back at the hotel???  At least you can get an early breakfast there!!  I hated eating that late and I was stuck at the hosptial for 5 days!!  They have the happy hour I think Tuesday thru Thursday so more free food!!   I used the online translator so I could communicate with a couple of the nurses.  Patty is wonderful and speaks very good English.  The garments are torture but a good thing.... funny they become like a security blanket later on, you will be more comfortable with it on than off.  Its very strange and seems to take the pain away.  Toni

Hi there! I hope to  follow your path one day.  I am  very curious on  how you felt with so many areas done at the  same time. I  am concerned with arms being  over used and scars might widen if used while   in  recovery on the LBL... be  brutally honest.. I would  appreciate your insight since you  had all the surgeries I want  to have done (one day) with DR S.
I  hope the healing  goes easy.
Take  care,

I can't answer for Taura but I had pretty much the same surgeries.  The arms didn't bother me except for a lil tightness from the swelling.  I used them to pull myself out of bed constantly.  The incisions are very small and the many many stitches with the steri strips all the way up.  So unless you fall or hit them directly they were fine.  Do you follow Dr. Sauceda's group page??

Hi Everyone,
It does feel great to be back at the hotel and Patty is wonderful! I am recovering well.
The arms are really no big deal for me a little tight and i get a burning sensation if i over stretch them. The only other thing is getting used to the drains or leashes as i call them now they limit you a good deal but they are temporary. I had the LBL with anchor cut incision so everything is VERY tight but doesnt hurt unless i laugh or try to sit up too quick from bed. The part of all of this that hurts the most is the breasts if i move wrong i get an incredible burning pain and i have a constant ache from having an ace bandage wrapped around them to help them "drop". So all in all having that many procedures at once was no big deal i have no regrets.

Did you get a different kind of implant?  Thats wierd you have to wear an ace bandage.  Mine were over the muscle and was told they didn't need to drop or do anything like massage to make them drop.  I also had my arms done so the same compression garment worked for boobs and arms so I didnt have a bandage.  We called the drains baby aliens since they look so funny under your clothes.  They are a challenge to hide under your clothes for sure.  Wishing you speedy recovery vibes!!
