A delicate question
There are ups and downs with all of these surgeries - and the numb feeling is another area that is often not talked about too much. I've gotten used to the numb areas, and I know that my lower belly and outer hips will probably always feel a bit "dead", but it is still work the outcome.

I was curious about this as well when I had my LBL, because I had major FUPA (fat upper p*ssy area) going on and it wasn't pretty! I saw some SERIOUS horror story photos from people who were actually bragging about their results...and I was like, gee, I don't think your pubes are supposed to go all the way to your belly button!! I talked to Dr. Lomonaco and he assured me that they cut part of it off and pull down the tummy so that it all lines up as it should. And I seriously could not be more happy!! I look totally normal, like I should!!!! The trick is getting a good and experienced surgeon. It's a lot different working on people who have a ton of loose floppy skin from massive weight loss and someone who just has a tiny bit up loose skin only in the lower belly after a few kids.

This is definitely something to consider. I'm glad I posted this because I'm learning a lot.
I had seen the acronym FUPA, and I was wondering what it meant. Thanks for spelling it out.
