I am having the Lipo and I am sure praying I wont have the hanging after,  He seems to think that it will be ok ,,,well he said 85 % sure anyway.  I am thinking he is wrong but I do trust him just a little nervous I guess,  
I SO WANT TO be done with all this but I think we all look for other imperfections once we get one thing taken care of ...

I had chin lipo without any hanging skin. It might work for you....I bet he is right! :-) I carried most of my weight as a morbidly obese person in my back and stomach, upper body. So, it doesnt surprise me that lipo won't work! :-)
