researching plastics surgeons

Anyone have experience with or reccommendations for plastic surgeons near North Carolina will soon be moving to the Raleigh area .August of this year wll make 1 yr and 6 monthes since surgery but I have been at goal weight for about 3 months already.Just trying to start my research now so when I am able to ,I will have all my documentation now.I have lost 165lbs in 1 year and while my skin is ok under clothes,summertime presents a problem with my saggy arms and legs.Any suggestions will be appreciated.Thanks
