Congrats!  I had my breast and arm lift together last week.  I bought a few sports bras ahead of time (including a front close) and haven't been able to get them on due to the arm incisions. (it hurts when I try)  I ended up getting a couple of bras like the one in this link. http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=224156&C ategoryID=231 They came with removable straps.  I slide the bra up all the way from my feet to my chest and then pull the strap over it attach it in the front.  This way I can get the bra on without grazing the arm incisions.  Hope this is helpful....I had a tough time figuring out what to do.

ETA;  it will be easier if you have someone to help you put your bras on but I didn't have that option.

I posted prior that I think your results are AWESOME!!!  I have a question for you please; what type procedure did you have?  I too am having a lift without implants, but I want to know the difference between the techniques, and which is thought to be better.  I've heard of the lollipop - which I'm not exactly sure of what that is - and then I guess there are others.  I'm going to do more research, but thought I would ask someone who has already been through the surgery.  I understand that with the lift, the nipple and arreola are re-positioned.  I've also heard some say that they "lost" some sensation or sensitivity, and some say they didn't.  Can you tell me of your pain level - burning, stinging, pain, etc.?

I appreciate so much any information that you can offer.  I'll praying for your very best brachioplasty results.  I had my arms "fixed" also.  During the time of my breast lift, I will be having a revision to my left arm.  My surgeon is excellent, and I can't wait for my final results!

God bless you,
Rose
