I know all about swelling, but my panni was may 3rd...I understand that since I opted for NOT having the TT I have the small "puff" of skin above...but the side of my thighs where the incsisions come around too are very, very puffy...will that go down or would that be part of more surgery?  By looking at me from the front I am very, very, flat...and from the side view my panni is very flat...no swelling in the mons area at all...but it is the sides of the panni...thanks, Monica

It's probably still swelling. My upper thighs are swollen and I am further out than you. Mine was a TT; so that area is pretty flat. But above and below (the thighs) are still swollen, almost 6 weeks out.

I think the swelling and length of swelling post op all depends on how much they took off.  I had my extended TT done almost 6 months ago and I am still swelling a lot.  Tummy and thigh area!  My surgeon removed a lot - and my body had relied on that skin for circulation and now it has to find collateral circulation.  I'm trying to be patient and understand that it's just the way it is.
