It's going well thanks. The arms frustrate me a bit, I will probably feel a bit better once the scars fade a bit. Makes me sad that I don't feel comfortable in short sleeves. Skin, scars, all the same in a way. They look good though. No golf ball elbows, he did a great job, The scars are pretty thin though very visable at the elbows : / (they wrap around a bit too far for my liking)

Breasts are good. When I sleep on my side though, then move in the am, I get a large amount of pain, implant under the muscle maybe?  I see my surgeon for follow up tomorrow so will ask about that. Breasts look great; I wish the implants would drop though. I feel football player like lol.

The scars can take awhile to fade. Massaging them with an polysporin ointment or vitamin e oil can really help. I don't really think the topical application makes that much difference but the massaging does. My scars can be seen at the elbow also but if I didn't show people I don't think they would really notice. We are much more critical of ourselves than other people.

My breasts did the same thing when I slept on my side. The pocket is trying to make scar tissue and if you massage them also it tends to ease some of that discomfort. Mine dropped by about 5 qweeks out and I had to have help with one of the tight elastic bands worn at night to get them down. I hated that band. It was so uncomfortable. Even after they drop and you notice the change they will continue to gradually change over time and even drop a bit more. In the beginning you think they will never look normal but they will. It sounds like you got great results. I'm happy for you. Hang in there!!

Edited for typos =)
