i am scheduled to get an anchor cut tummy tuck.  they are going to do the circumfrential lift because i dont have any fat on my back.  My question is how soon after i get my tummy tuck can i get my thigh lift?  also with a thigh lift can they make your butt less saggy?  does anyone out there have before and after plastic surgery pics?

I went in for my Thigh lift just over 3 months after I had my LBL & Brachio. Some people thought it was fast but I had no problems or complications after each surgery. I guess it would just depend on how you feel after having your TT.  I think I scheduled my thigh lift when I was in my surgeons office for my 6 week check up. I could have done it sooner but wanted to get back in the gym for a few weeks to get back in shape. Also would depend on what your surgeon thinks is a safe timeframe for you.

The lower body lift is what takes care of the saggy butt, not the thigh lift. Every dr is different as far as scheduling the next surgery. My drs like to wait 6 months to allow everything to settle and for the swelling to subside but will do it in 3 months even though they really don't advise it. I know of some folks on here have done their surgeries 6 weeks apart but personally feel it is too soon. PS isn't a race.

The circumfrential is the same thing as a lower body lift (I think). Your surgeon should have discussed with you how much butt lift and outer thigh lift you can expect from the LBL. I was planning on doing my inner thighs later but now after my LBL I think I may not need to. The butt and outer thigh lift actually pulled up quite a lot of the wrinkles that were on my inner thighs.
