Do a search about residency programs. Most teaching hospitals will charge you a bit less if you let the resident do the surgery vice the attending doc.
Hi, I'm in NYC and my surgery is being done at Mt. Sinai Hospital. There is a residency program there. Price does not include anesthsia (spelling prob not right). LOL
