I think I have sent lists to everyone who asked.  However, sometimes I check my email on my phone so I might have missed someone.  If you asked for the list and have not received it yet please send me an PM and I will get it out.  Or if you would like the list -- just send me a PM and tell me which states to send you.

I had some help with the original list but I am working on getting it more refined and specific, that is why I am asking those who contact the programs to give me some feedback.

I am not talking about any particular program.  There are programs all over the country but not all of the programs offer a reduced cost option.  You might want to take a look at this thread.

I need to find the thread I started that quoted supposed prices from the Baylor program.  As it turned out, they were not only inaccurate but I was not authorized to do so by the program.  I should have checked with them first.  My bad.
