surgeons in NC, SC?

Hi all -  I'm relatively confident I can get insurance to cover at least part of a procedure; so I'm focusing my search for a PS on "in network" for united healthcare.  I live in Charlotte, NC but would travel as far as Raleigh or Columbia SC for someone highly recommended.  I've had three consults already locally; but so far haven't found anyone who seems especially experienced/skilled with weight loss patients.  Lots of breast augmentations around here! 

Quotes for out of pocket have been 5300, 8200, 11000 for extended tt. 

so...here is my local charlotte list of docs.  Does anyone have any experience with any of these people good or bad? Recommendations for others outside of Charlotte?
