I have not been on here too much but have lurked off and on.  I had my VSG a little over 18 moths ago and have been pretty stable with my weight for 6 months.  I was a lightweight before surgery but still have a lot of droopy skin.  I need to get breast aug since my A cups are now loose, I need a tummy tuck or LBL since my butt is lower than ever as well, inner thigh lift, upper arms....  Well you get the picture.
Those of you who have had all of it done, what would you do first?  How many proceedures can you do at once?  Sorry if these are questions that are asked a lot but I am trying to get my $$ in a row so that I can start this at the end of this year.  I promised myself a year off of surgeries since I had 5 in 13 months last year!

I started where I had the hardest time hiding it. I did my thighs so I could wear shorts and a bathing suit this summer. I can halfway hide the tummy and rear but I am having them done in July. Not one surgeon I spoke to would do more than 5-6 hours of work at one time. I think you have to leave the country to get that. A residency program will save money if you stay in country but I think it still cheaper to go abroad.

Thanks for that., my thighs look like melted candle wax!  I am very self conscious about my lack of breast as well.  I was never big even at my highest weight I was a full B cup at best.  but now I am bordering on a AA ( it would mor than likely fit but I cant bring myself to try it)So Maybe I will see if I can get those 2 together then get the arms and bottom later.  I am thinking I will wait till winter to even start because to be honest I am tired of doctors right now.  I had great experiences with all my surgeries but the recovery time always puts be behind at work and then the catch-up is a race!

I am staying in the country for sure.  I had looked into going stay with family members in ElSalvador where my SIL mother is a Doctor but the political situation is so unstable right now that I do nto feel comforable leaving.  Plus I run my own busimness and we are finally picking up after the slowdown from the economy and leaving for a long period of time is out of the question

Since you are in LA you may consider driving to Houston and having a consult with the Baylor Residency Program. They are great and do great work. I know of a few people that I have referred there after I went and they all look great. I can send you some info if you're interested.
