It does feel awesome. I was beyond shocked when I weighed in. I had expected to be heavier because I'm still swelling. Crazy, but it's really nice to be a a loose 4 instead of a tight 24. That's for sure! You will be there soon. Everyone heals (and swells) differently. One day our swelling will eventually be gone. It's just so hard to wait patiently to see your end result.

My panni was pretty small, mostly skin I could tuck into size 6's.....  I had an anchor tt and I am still a size 6, but comfortably and very flat. Can squeeze into some 5's but hips get in the way :)

It depends............do you have just skin to be removed or are you having skin, tissue and fat removed?  For me I just had skin to be removed with my TT so while the results are fantastic I lost inches not lbs.  Others who have a lot of tissue and fat removed may have 10-15 lbs removed.  Skin doesn't weigh much, surprising little, but the tissue and fat underneath can weigh more..

It really depends on what is coming off, how much you will swell and how long you will swell....you will end up being smaller but don't be disappointed if if isn't right away....you may have to wait 3 months or so to see your real results.  It will be well worth the wait!!

It depends on skin and fat. I was a size twelve and weighed 141 before surgery. I was instantly a size 8 when I got home. A few months later I can fit  between a 4-6 and fluctuate between 128-131. I didn't expect that. I had a lot of fat in my stomach that was removed with lipo and the skin.

I went from a 12 to a 10.  I *might* be able to get into an 8 if I had my thighs done and had him lipo this weird little small pocket of fat on one side at my waist, but doing my thighs is not an option.
