Michigan plastics

 Anybody have plastics in Michigan?  Anybody you'd recommend (or recommend staying away from)?  Particularly for arms/thighs...

I am from Ontario, and looking at my options here, but also considering going to the US.  I had my VSG at Barix in Michigan, and I know they have a PS there.  Going to do the consult anyway and see what he says...

I had my PS done in GR by Dr. Andrew Livingston. He is the PS specialist for my bariatric surgeons office - Grand Health Partners. I am very happy w/ my results. I had no complications and my scars are very minimal.

I had Dr Hing, he is in Ypsi but also works with the Barix clinic.  He is wonderful, I am very happy with him and his staff.

 What did you have done?

I had the Anchor cut TT with the muscle tightning and bilateral brachioplasty and bilateral upper body lift.  I haven't posted any pictures online yet.  I am going to have my husband take them today so I can get them posted, both the before and afters.  It has been 13 weeks since my surgery.  I love the results.

 Hey Erica, let me know if you find any more info through PM or another site.  I'm looking to have some 'work' done and checking options.  It seems so much cheaper in other places ie Mexico or South America.  I'm making some appts with Dr.s here I'll let you know what I find out.

 Thanks Jan.  I don't think my husband would be cool with me going anywhere (other than Ontario) unless it was the US.  He already things I'm a bit "nuts" for wanting plastics in the first place (love is blind).  lol

I have two surgeons that I want to consult so far. The first one is Dr. Hing from Barix clinic. The second is Dr. Donna Tepper at Henry Ford Hospital.

 Why did you chose those?  Do you know people who have used them?  What did they  have done?

I work at the hospital where Dr. Tepper works as well and I have spoken to residents who have worked with her and have liked her work. Dr. Hing has many patients on here who have all been satisfied with the outcome of their surgeries..
