 Thanks Dr. L for the advice to look into residency programs, I had posted a question about going to Mexico for surgery.  I'm having a breast lift next Thursday by a resident at the University of Toronto Medical School clinic.  It's costing me half of what other dr's had quoted in the Toronto area.
