Recovery time/ Breasts vs Panni

I'm having a lift and implants a week from Tuesday. I was wondering if the recovery was easier or worse than Panni removal.

Since I have the time off, I'd like to go visit our son the following weekend. I was able to go after my other surgery and really hope I'll be able to this time as well.

Thanks

For me, the breast (I only had implants, not lift) was a cake walk compared to the panni. After the panni I couldn't even leave the house for 10 days, the breasts were fine by day 3.

Good luck on Tuesday, the results are SO worth it :)

I so agree with Martha!  My breast reconstruction was a cake-walk!  I had maybe 2 days of real pain and then it was an annoyance after that.  I had a TT w/MR and that took 6 weeks of no work before I felt better.  Then even more weeks in order for me to feel well enough to go up and down the halls of the hospital (I work as an RN).  Bur I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Thanks! I figured it would be ok, I really want to see our son, we don't get a weekend off to go very often. We went the 2nd weekend after my panni and I was fine.
Thanks for the info.
