New PS in Southern California - help!!

I am researching Plastic Surgeons in Southern California, specifically greater Los Angeles area. I live in Pasadena.  Has anyone had PS for Anchor cut TT and breast lift and are happy with your results?  I have had a consultation with Dr. Brian Cox in Pasadena and Dr. Pearlman Hicks in Long Beach.  I also had a consult via photos with Dr. Sauceda in Mexico.  I have gotten different suggestions for surgery.  Dr's. Cox & Sauceda say I need an ex tented anchor cut TT.  The other doctor says I don't need it.  I want to get at least three other Doctor consultations and pick the procedure the majority say I need.  I am also looking at cost and facilities used.  I was not impressed with the facility used by Dr. Hicks. 

So, if you could tell me some names of Doctors you have used, I would be most appreciative.  I am paying out of pocket. I don't have a lot of money so I need this to be great the first time.  I really want to go to Mexico and do my breast, thighs and stomach for $12000 but I am fearful thus far and would perfer to find a doctor here.  Any help or suggests please.

I haven't had any plastics yet but I've had a virtual consultation with one doc because I'd like to plan ahead and wanted to get an opinion on how much more weight I should lose and what procedures I'd be a good candidate for.  I will consult with a few other surgeons prior to committing to one just to make sure that I'm confident with my choice but right now I plan on going to Siamak Agha.  Good luck on this next phase of your journey.  It is exciting.  :)  http://www.plasticsurgerybodycontouring.com/index.php/semina r/

I am 22 months out of RNY. July 10 will be 2 years. I'm in the S. California area by LAX.

I'm am having TT with hernia repair this coming Wednesday, May 12. My surgeon was recommended by a great friend that had her TT with Dr. David Hopp in Beverly Hills. He is awesome and his staff is great. I love them.

My insuarnce is picking up the bill. Look into him, he has a website.

My procedures were done by Dr. Timothy Katzen (Body by Katzen). He was amazing, very compassionate and an artist. Read reviews on this website. He will be having consultations at the OH convention later this month in Costa Mesa. This is a great way to see many surgeons on the same day. I'm happy to answer any other questions you may have. His office is in Beverly Hills.

i'm using Dr. Brian Kent in Orange. He's worked on about 7 of my friends in various capacities. They all look amazing and feel great. From what I've seen, he's an artist as much as a surgeon. I sure am hopeful about my upcoming TT and breast reduction!
