Hi.  I have BCBS of NJ and they paid for my tt without any medical documentation of rashes.  My surgeon sent them pictures of my breast and belly, they denied the breast lift, but approved the tt.

Good Luck!

I have federal BCBS and found they pretty much go by the state's BCBS rules.  The Dr I used was in Ypsilanti and my insurance paid for the panniculectomy.  I see your profile says Lincoln Park MI - if you're in MI you may want to check him out and see if they know anything about the TN BCBS.

I went to Dr DiNick.
