I know what you mean about the heat and humidity making it worse. I too have indentations in the top of my feet from my slippers. I can't wear most of my shoes.
My feet and calves were so much better this morning but not so good tonight. Just one day without the compression hose and I can see and feel the difference. Hopefully the massage will open things up if the lymph system is blocked.....
I hope you get relief soon too. I'll let you know how I am after my appointment on Tues.

Yes the lymphadema for me is directly related/caused by the surgery I just had (Inner Thigh Lift). I normally have no swelling issues and I did not have swelling after my TT.
Everyone is different.....I know lots of women here who had terrible swelling after their TT or LBL which lasted for some folks many months and for others it was gone in 1-2 months.
If you already have issues I'd say for sure you need to discuss with your surgeon and get all the supplies you need to help keep swelling down.....good compression garments, compression hose, etc, etc....
BEST WISHES on your upcoming procedure...I hope it goes smoothly for you and you have no big swelling issues.
