NEEDING YOUR HELP

I read here often and havent seen this addressed,,,, MY surgeon says he thinks he can achieve what I need with Lipo only ..  I was thinking I needed a butt lift ,,,Had the TT and thigh last year and have alot in the back in my opinion .,.. He says he is 85 % certain he can fix it with Lipo,  Has anyone ever had this and it worked ?   How much lipo is to much....Wouldnt  that be painful as in more so than the regular lift?  He says NO ,,,,that after lipo you recover fast and that in a couiple days back to work ,,, the lift will take 2 weeks or more,,
HELPPPPPPPP    I trust him but just want to hear someone who has been there to assure me that it could work and did or didnt for them

it depends on how aggressive he is with the Lipo you can be left with saggy skin, cause after WLS our skin does not have good elasticity . he is 85% certain and what if he does it & it doesnt work. Lipo is painful like bruising and can be sore.. I had lipo done to my upper abdomen 2 liters were removed & it was sore for weeks,the fat was all removed but before he did it my PS told me that I may have saggy skin that will need to be lifted and I said it was okay cause I was having a revision anyway. I was also done in the O.R. under anesthesia I had tulmescent Lipo.  Is this your PS who is going to do it? or is it one of those Med  Spa, Smart Lipo places,? cause if it is check it out, cause most of those Dr. that do the smart Lipo are NOT PS and therefore are not board certified in plastics
The pain was not not unbarable just sore

i WILL HAVE IT DONE IN THE SAME MANNER YOU DID BY MY PS  It will be under anesthesia at the hospital ,,Did yours do the job or you had that done first then the lift?
How much sag did you have after the lipo ??
I am wondering if it leaves me saggy , will the lift cost the same or be a minimal fee..  He seemed to think I wouldnt need the lift most likely but I just dont know ......I  should have asked all this at visit but didnt think of everything that i am thinking of after the fact.
I emailed his office with alot of questions just havent heard back and was just hoping someone who had been there might comment ..

I had an abdominoplasty w muscle tightening and it was perfect & so tight but then after a while like 6 months I could see fat lumps in my upper abdomen under my breasts above my BB, so I wanted to get smart Lipo on it I inquired & was told it was not a good idea for WLS patients, so I asked my PS about Lipo and he said he could do it & the saggy skin is not bad but it is not tight so my PS is going to do surgery on my hand and when he does he will tighten up my abdomen again.
one thing about plastics and especially Lipo you cant tell the final results till all the swelling goes down about 6 months, but I m still so pleased, I like it better after the lipo

It depends how much fat you have and how well your skin retracts. I bet age makes a difference too. You may have good results without the lift but it's kind of hard to tell beforehand. Your surgeon is he best judge for this. Also, if you do the lipo at a hospital or outpatient clinic they can lipo more than doing it in office. 

Thanks ladies for all your responses and help.  I am excited and hope that it all comes out good, Lordy Lipo is pricey.
I am having butt , thighand flanks and back and it is around 5500.  Is that a bit much or does it sound about right if anyone knows
