Panni Monday..almost not...

I am scheduled for a panni monday...both nervous and excited at once. Yestady they called me and said that Tufts actually had not approved the surgery despite my letter of auth. They told me it was a conputer error...i fought for 2 1/2 hours saying that the approval was on feb 17th...adn someone should have contacted me prior to that time....well after alot of fighting..I am APPROVED!!! I have Dr. Le, at St. Vincent's Hospital in worcester, am. He is part of the biariatric team of doctors at Fallon.

i HAD tUFTS A YEAR AGO, COULD NOT GET THEM TO APPROVE PANNI. YOU ARE LUCKY. I LIVE IN WORCESTER TOO!

I am home from my surgery and everthing went very well! The doctor also kept my bellybutton..he originly thought I would loose it. I am sore....the drains are gross and thank goodness for my husband who is helping me with them and everyhting else! I have not yet looked myself at the incision...I hear it is way down under the undies line! He used glue rather than sutures! I will post some pictured soon!
