Wow.  Wow.  Wow.

I just decided today to seriously consider something being done to my face.  I am just starting to do the research and hoped you could steer me in some direction.

I know I may need a bleph.  I know I need something done about deep marionette lines.  But I don't know if I can get away with filler or if I need a facelift or what.

You look great.

Thank you!

I did some research at a couple other places. www.realself.com  and
www.makemeheal.com

At  realself.com you can create an account and upload a picture of your face. You can post a question and several plastic surgeons will offer advice and/or suggestions. It's not always an easy accessment just from a picture but it helps more than not using one. As far as finding a plastic surgeon in your area you could ask for referrals from your medical team. I don't know if you have any bariatric surgeons in your area but they can often refer you to a plastic surgeon. There are some that specialize in the face....others are more into the body contouring...etc. I would go on a few consults and see what the different surgeons suggest.

The marionette lines are not completely taken care of with the face lift. As my swelling starts to come down mine are becoming more visible. A filler is often the best treatment. My surgeon wants to wait until the swelling is gone and everything settles to decide what would work best for me. Let me know if I can help you in any way. Just shoot me a PM and I'll answer any questions that I can.
