 Hello all . I have a ? If I have excess skine on my lower stomach what surgery is that called to remove it along with the love handles. thanks

Hey... I think you are referring to the panni removal which has a more medical name but it is the skin removal w/o the muscle tightening included with an adominoplasty.

There are two different procedures:  panniculectomy and abdominoplasty.  You can read about the difference in the two at the link below.  The thumbnail version is that the abdominoplasty includes muscle tightening and by definition more contouring.  But -- I think the real difference in the two varies from surgeon to surgeon.  If you need work along the sides (above the BB) that is generally taken care of  with an anchor or vertical cut.
