I survived my first day back at work.

My friend drove me on my route, while I just sat there.
Most the time, half a sleep I guess from the amount of antibiotics.
It went very well. I only took a ibuprofen once I got home.
That's about it. It was good to get back, but it will still be a few days before I'm ready to take over. I figure I'll try a little driving, just a little,today, and only if I feel like it.

Gosh, I'm surprised you're back, what with having that "set back" and all.

Don't push yourself too hard; if it seems too much, it IS. Scale back and heal. You don't want to have another infection, etc. !

May I ask what you do? Seems soon to be back ~ especially if you aren't feeling up to driving yet. I'm hoping you're not a fork lift operator!! lol

I am a medical courier, I pick up blood samples, and  drop off at a lab to be processed. they weigh next to nothing and so the only thing is the driving so that's why I'm having someone drive me. I can't lose my route and I just kick back and lay my arms in my pillow. I only have 2 pickup and drop offs in this half day so it's working out very well.
