I am a medical courier and I have 2 long distance routes,  I have a friend, who, for a few days will do the driving so I can kick back and rest my arms and let them heal and not lose my good routine.
I also am going to just work about 7 hours per day for the first week, I usually work anywhere from 10 -14 hours,
I am looking forward to getting back to work.
I 'm just trying to ease my way into it to be on the safe side.
Arms are healing up nicely, from my Arm lift, face, and neck, as well. Bard
