I had panni plus extended TT, only took 3 1/2 hours.  Worth it even though I got an infection.  It is so wonderful to have that overhang gone...I really don't ever remember it not being there, so it's a great thing to feel "normal"  Best of luck

I liked going home the same day, I was still heavily medicated so the bumps and traffic did bother me lol

I had mine a week ago yesterday.....surgery was about 3 hours, and I went home that same day.  He makes that decision, but I came out of it pretty well.  I had 2 drains, one removed yesterday and one will come out friday.  I have on a binder and I was going to go out and buy a different one and the PS said that the one I have is fine.  The 1st days I was real tired and stayed on my percocets every 4 hours as directed, more sore than pain and it was more at night than the day.  I ventured out this morning to walmart and I am exausted...too much!!  The swelling is alomst gone..can't say that I am in a different size pants yet, but that big flab of skin is gone!!!!  Good luck!
