Dallas Texas Area

Does anyone know of a good plastic surgeon in the Dallas Texas area that has worked with gastric bypass clients?  I need someone good and who would know how to file the paperwork so I can get approved.  I have blue cross/blue shield of PA, anyone had plastic surgery with this insurance and was paid for?  At least a tummy tuck and maybe a boob job? Thanks.

I had my first surgery with him in January and go in next week for my second one.

Did you self pay or did your insurance pick any of it up?

I self-payed as my insurance did not cover any of it.
