Brachio question - garment too tight? Help please.

I switched to ace bandages for now. I live alone so puting them (the sleeves) on is a challenge and they are def too tight. I'm doing good with the ace though.

I had a lot of pain getting my medium marena on in the beginning. It was on the looser setting. Now I can hook it on the inner setting. I was also around a size 10... size small might be a bit too small at this point - did your surgeon put it on you? If your surgeon gave it to you, I would think they would have fit you with the right size. I'm 5'5 and 157 pounds and they gave me the medium. I'd definitely ask them for a bigger size if they are providing it.
