Can I choose my butt?

So I have a silly question... I'm planning on having a lower body lift with a Brazilian butt-lift and I found a picture of exactly the shape and size I would love to have... I've also always had a really flat butt so I want to make sure they put enough extra fat in it lol... Would I look totally foolish bringing this with me and asking my surgeon if he could make my butt look something like this?

Nope... Sounds like a great idea... I plan on taking some pictures to Dr. S of past patients that had the anchor cut and asking him to make it look JUST LIKE THAT...lol
