Had my procedure Monday morning and came home Wednesday afternoon, ended up staying a day longer than originally planned.  Had to get a blood transfusion but feeling better now.  Just a bit sore when I get up moving around.  Had a shower last night with my hubbys help it felt good to get hair etc washed.  I put pics up on my profile of before and after so take a look and let me know what you think.  He did the disolvable stitches on the inside and steri strips outside.  2 drains are still in but will see him tomorrow and maybe get one taken out.  He thinks I will be really pleased with the results once the swelling minimizes. He pulled up on the mons area and pulled down from the top and moved my belly button up about 4 inches.  My insurance didn't pay for that but he did it anyway which is nice.

Your results are amazing.  One week from today will be my surgery.  I have a hernia to be repaired and the panniculectomy.  Your results are encouraging to me as I enter into these days of anticipated anxiety.  This truly is an amazing journey.  Continuing blessings on your recovery.

Veronica thank you very much for the pictures.

What is the difference between the pannilectomy and the tummy tuck exactly?

What procedure did you have?

Is it very painful?

Thank you

Thank you for sharing your pictures the results look phenominal...however they scare me to death.  I'm so afraid of having PS surgery and want it to so bad.  And seeing all the blood around your incisions just scares me to death and makes it look so painful.

How was your pain?

Well I am not going to sugar coat it, there is pain involved.  Just take your pain meds and it will be alright.  I am pretty swollen today and will be seeing the doctor this afternoon so I will see what he thinks.  I am curious to see if I am still low on blood since after they gave me two units of blood I was still too low. I will update later and will be taking more pictures.
