The mons is the pubic area. This usually also gets lifted with a lbl.

So when that area gets lifted, most obvious the hair area moves.... Do people get that lasered or what are people doing for that?

That is where you need to be VERY picky when choosing your Plastic Surgeon.  I saw some HORROR story pictures where people had pubic hair up to their belly button!  I surgeon who is competent pulls your tummy down very low to your pubic area, while pulling up the mons area at the same time...but they meet low down so your pubic hair stays in it's proper place! 

If the mons area is too big they actually trim off the skin on the top of the pubic area when they do the panni removal. If they don't "trim" off the excess skin and your mons is large and just pull your belly down, then you will still have a saggy pudgy mons. The other scenario is that if they don't trim it and just pull it up then you have this unnatural super high pubic area that is like txAngela said, under your belly button! Does that make sense? A good surgeon will do it just right. I still can't believe how low my pubic line is now!
