Mexico?

So I never thought I would even consider going to another country for plastics but... now I feel like I could get a lower body lift in the US or for the same price I could goto mexico and get everything I want done and that is tempting... I have a LOT of skin that needs to be removed I would like to get a complete lower body lift including a Brazilian butt lift, a breast lift with implants and my arms done. Any thoughts on this being a good or bad idea? Can anyone recommend a surgeon and give me an idea of what there experience was like and what the costs really are? I'm having a really hard time researching this so any info would be appreciated!

I had a US consultation yesterday for arms, breast lift and aug, tummy tuck, lipo on flanks and thigh lift....cost here $35000......cost with Dr. Saucedo, $19000!

19K? Did he give you that estimate? You know the price goes way down with multiple surgeries. I've read people post a similar list of surgeries for less than 13K. I don't think I have ever read of a quote for over 14K -- and that was for someone recieving two separate days of surgery.
The last quote I received had a range, but if I do everything, it would be 13.5 -- that included breast lift with gummy implants, lipo practically everywhere and fat injections to butt or brazilian but lift, small arm lift, small thigh lift, tummy tuck with muscle tightening, deep chemical peel to the face and fat injections under the eyes to address dark circles... I think that's it.

omg! you just made me the happiest woman alive lol... I was thinking 19k was high and wanted to spend around 13 or 14 I'm sending my pictures tomorrow for a full quote... thought I was going to have to go without a few procedures!

It also really depends on the extent of each of your procedures.  I had an extended TT and extended Brachioplasty with lipo and my total was more than most, but I had lost over 200lbs so I had much more skin to be removed.  I plan to have many other procedures done and expect to pay close to $20K with Dr Sauceda. Remember the more a person loses the greater plastic surgery needs to be done - so you really can't compare one person's quote for the same "procedures" with another person's quote.  That's why he sees your pictures and then decides on the price.

I just wanted to say this so that if others get higher quotes they aren't upset.  It really depends on how much work you as the individual needs done.

I actually did receive my official quote from Dr. S yesterday and it was lower than what I had priced from his list.  He gives a very good discount for multiple procedures.  The other people that have posted make some very good points and I want to base my decision on all the facts and not just because I can save a lot of money.....lots to think about!

Do you mind posting what your quote was for which procedures? Ofcourse we all know that every quote is different based on a lot of different things, but it helps people gain perspective.

Sure....for a tummy tuck, BL/BA, arm lift, thigh lift and lipo on my flanks the cost was $14,600.......of course this includes 12 days at the Hampton Inn for two people and then the airfare reimbursement.....what a great deal!

I did read about gunman storming the Holiday Inn in Monterrey and taking hostages.....wonder how far away that is from Dr. S.?  I hope everyone is safe there!

I think it all depends on what you are having done. I had a lot of procedures with two days of surgeries and mine was almost$19 k...and worth every cent! Wouldn't hesitate to do it again...although I don't think I'll need to.
