A lower body lift (LBL) takes care of the abdominoplasty or TT, outer thighs and butt lift. The surgeon will cut the excess skin all the way around and pull up from the bottom and pull down from the belly to around the back. It really helps with the saggy butt and outer thighs. The abdominoplasty is just a TT which removes excess skin from your stomach and tightens the stomach muscles. The pannilectomy takes care of the hanging skin and does nothing for the stomach muscles. You will definitely get better results with a TT or a LBL. I would discuss these options with your surgeon to see what will give you the best result. Most people that don’t have problems with their butt or saddlebags usually just need the TT. It really depends on how your body looks. I can’t help with the price difference since I knew I needed the LBL from day one.
Good luck!
