PS recommendation in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina

I am one year out of RNY. My highest weight was clost to 500 pounds, back in 2000. I am now at 215. I would like to begin the search for the right surgeon to remove my excess skin. Anyone have a great doctor whose results look natural? I even need a face lift! The Shar Pei look is getting old. At first, I was proud of the excess skin; it was a badge of honor, but now...not so much.
