Doctor Recommendations for Tummy Tuck / Thigh Lift

Can anyone recommend a plastic surgeon in or near Raleigh, NC that can do a tummy tuck and thigh lift on someone who has a lap-band? I was banded in November 2008 have lost 48 pounds so far and have at least another 44 to go.

i don't know if this is too far from you but i have THE best plastic surgeon here in athens, ga..
he just did my arms and half of a belt lipectomy and he truly is wonderful. i also have a friend who works at the athens country club and she says 'he's the dr!! all these rich ladies get their boobs and face lifts with him.'    his name is dr. pittman.    he is doing my tt in august then a thigh lift in november.  he is very professional and a real artist.  he took THREE inches off each one of my arms.  the incision is soooo straight.  i'm very happy with the results.  just need to have those stitches inside dissolved! 
i've lost over 100 pounds and he seems very excited about doing the overhaul for me.
